fixtdoc is built with privacy as a core principle. Here's how we handle your data.

Local Processing

All PDF and image processing happens locally in your browser. When you merge PDFs, convert images, split documents, or export pages — your files are never uploaded to our servers. The processing runs entirely on your device using JavaScript.

No Tracking of File Contents

We do not transmit, log, or analyze your file contents, filenames, extracted text, thumbnails, or any document data. No third-party trackers have access to your files.

Optional Cloud Storage

If you sign in and choose "Save to My Files," your processed files are uploaded to private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). Saved files are:

• Stored privately — only accessible to your account
• Automatically deleted after 30 days
• Deletable at any time from your My Files page

Files are never saved automatically. You must explicitly choose to save each file.

Authentication

We use Google and Microsoft sign-in for authentication. We store your name, email, and profile picture to identify your account. We do not access your contacts, emails, or any other data from these providers.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
